Supplementary Ticket: Must be purchased in addition to a Normal ticket during the Peak Period (price depends on ticket type).
Online purchased tickets are subject to a Handling Fee of 5%, but a minimum of HUF 300. No Handling Fee is charged for on-site ticket purchases.

Entry is free for children under 3 years of age.
It is recommended that children under the age of 6 be accompanied by an adult on the ice rink.
You can enter during the Normal Period with a Peak Period ticket, but the difference in price is forfeited. If you wish to enter during the Peak Period with your Normal Period ticket, a Supplementary Ticket must be purchased.
Important! For discounted tickets, the document entitling the discount must be presented upon entry. In the absence of this, a Supplementary Ticket must be purchased.
*We provide 150 discounted tickets daily at HUF 499 for residents of the 9th district. When purchasing this ticket type, you must select the day for which the ticket is valid. Eligibility for the discount must be verified by presenting the residential address card upon entry. Unused entry tickets unfortunately cannot be exchanged for another day.

Yes, we accept Budapest Park vouchers. It is important to note that if the purchase amount is less than the voucher value, the difference is forfeited and cannot be carried over to another purchase. You can buy multiple tickets within one transaction.
If the online payment failed, please make sure your bank card is suitable for online payment and check the card details you provided.
No, the ticket does not need to be printed; it can also be presented from a phone.
Be sure to check your email system's Spam/Promotions folder. If you can't find it there either, and it does not arrive within 24 hours of the purchase, please email us at [email protected]. Our customer service will respond within a maximum of 3 working days, but even if you don't receive a reply to your email in time, you don't have to worry, our colleagues at the on-site ticket office can help you.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are valid until the end of our winter season. If you arrive during the Peak Period with a Normal ticket, a Supplementary Ticket purchase is required.
We only refund a ticket if the service is not provided due to reasons attributable to the Park (e.g., technical reasons).
The entire area of Budapest Park KoriPark is cash-free. Only card payment is possible. If you do not have your bank card with you, you can request a Festipay card at the Park Shop and the ticket office, and load cash onto it.
The deposit fee for the card is HUF 500. The money remaining on the top-up cards issued now and the card fee can be redeemed until the last day of our winter season at the top-up point or the ticket office during opening hours.
You can only refund the Festipay card deposit fee here if you obtained the card at our venue.
The balance remaining on Festipay cards obtained during the summer season could be refunded until the last day of the summer season; this amount cannot be used during the winter period.
At the ticket office, we accept cash, bank card, SZÉP card, and Budapest Park voucher.
We accept the All You Can Move membership again this year.
Normal Period (Mon-Thu): With an L package, we can provide entry once per day. With a MultiPass, you can enter twice per day starting from the GOLD package.
Peak Period (Fri-Sun, school winter break):With an XL package, we can provide entry once per day. With a MultiPass, you can enter twice per day starting from the Platinum package.

Yes. The discounted ticket price is uniformly HUF 1599 during both Normal and Peak Periods. The discount can only be claimed at the on-site ticket office; such a ticket cannot be purchased in advance. The card entitling the discount must be presented on site along with a personal ID. The discount can only be claimed for 1 ticket per day by the person entitled to the discount.
Yes, entry is free for our wheelchair-using guests.
Skate rental is possible while stocks last. You can find the rental shop to the right of the main entrance after entry. You can inquire about available skates at the on-site ticket office when purchasing your ticket.
The price for skate rental is HUF 2699/occasion. The skates must be returned to the rental shop at the end of use, no later than the closing time of Budapest Park KoriPark on that day. Online reservation is not possible

Yes, there is. The price is HUF 599. Keep the cloakroom token carefully, as you can only get your belongings back in exchange for it!
If you lose the token, you must pay a token re-production fee of HUF 2000. In this case, you can only get your belongings back by giving a precise description of the locker's contents, and we will draw up a record of the incident.
Please note that we cannot provide secure storage for scooters, skateboards, and other small vehicles.
Yes, there is a medical service. If you need help, please inform any of our colleagues on site.
Yes. We provide accident insurance for guests with a valid entry ticket to Budapest Park KoriPark, in cooperation with our insurance partner.
If you suffer an accident while skating, please report it on-site, where our expert colleagues will provide medical care. To claim insurance benefits, you need to submit the outpatient record received during care, the completed claim form—which we also provide—and the valid entry ticket for the day of the accident directly to the insurance company.
Important!
To be able to use the insurance, you must contact our colleagues immediately on-site following the accident. You can only turn to the insurance company if the Budapest Park medical staff have treated you, thus establishing the fact of the accident. We are unable to issue a certificate of the accident retrospectively. You can only claim the insurance if you were not under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident!

Paid parking is available at nearby shopping centers, such as Obi and Lurdy Ház.
To truly enjoy the party without any worries, we recommend arriving by public transport or bicycle. If you come by bike, you are welcome to use our bike rack, located right next to the main entrance. The bike storage is FREE and fenced; however, please note that it is unattended. You are able to lock your bike, but we cannot take responsibility for any damage or theft.
We would like to remind you that traffic on Soroksári út is very heavy. Please pay extra attention to traffic regulations, use only the designated pedestrian crossings, and travel with caution!
Finally, a friendly reminder: if you consume alcohol, please DO NOT drive!
At the venue, you can rent an ice penguin or seal at the Park Shop, subject to availability. The seal can also be used as a small sled on the ice.
There is no age limit for renting these aids; however, we kindly ask that they be used properly and with consideration for other skaters.

Yes, we are open even in bad weather.
To maintain the quality of the ice, we clean the rink periodically with an ice resurfacing machine so you can slide smoothly. No one is allowed on the ice during cleaning; at this time, we welcome you to warm up at our cozy heated bars.
Yes, we have winter flavors in our offer: tea, hot chocolate, coffee, mulled wine, pizza, hot sandwich, breaded meat sandwich, hot dog, french fries, and donuts. The detailed offer can be found on our website under the 'Offer' menu.
At Budapest Park, your drink will be served in reusable cups.
Based on the experience gathered over the past years, we chose a reusable cup system that supports both environmental consciousness and the guest experience in the most appropriate way.
Our reusable cup service provider partner is RevoUnion Kft.
You can choose from several options for reusable cup usage: 1. physical token, 2. digital token, 3. rental cup function.
Use of a Physical Token
We charge a one-time cup fee of HUF 500 for your drink purchased at the counter.
After this, your empty reusable cup will be exchanged for a clean cup every time at the counter, or if you no longer need it, for a token, which you can later exchange for a reusable cup at all RevoUnion partners.
If you already have a RevoUnion reusable cup or token, we will immediately exchange your cup or token for a clean cup.
The one-time cup fee is therefore truly a one-time fee—just don't leave your token/cup at home!
Revo Token Application - Digital Token
To ensure you always have your token with you, download the RevoToken application to your phone, so you can exchange your reusable cup for a digital token.
RevoToken is a mobile application that also offers a solution for digitizing your existing tokens—received from a RevoUnion partner—so you no longer leave them at home or lose them! (Find the application in the App Store and Play Store) .
Digitization: hand over the physical tokens at the counter and you can digitize them using NFC tap or QR code scanning with the devices placed there. The colleagues working at the counter will be happy to assist you.
Within the application, you also have the option to send your digitized tokens to another user.
Rental Cup Function
With the "Rental Cup" function of the RevoToken mobile application, you can request a cup free of charge in the RevoUnion system. If you return your rental cup (reusable cup) to any RevoUnion partner listed on the RevoUnion website and application within 72 hours of the initial pickup, the cup usage is completely free for you.
If you fail to return the borrowed rental cup within 72 hours, the price of the cup (HUF 500) will be paid from your registered bank card. You can later exchange the cup purchased in this manner for a physical or digital token.

We would like to point out that we are unable to exchange damaged cups unsuitable for further use for a clean cup or a token. However, please hand them over at one of the counters so we can take care of their recycling!

In accordance with NÉBIH (National Food Chain Safety Office) regulations, your drink can only be served in a new, clean cup.
We do not refund tokens or reusable cups for cash. If you do not want to pay for the cup, use the Rental Cup function of the RevoToken mobile application!
You can bring an empty thermos or water bottle. However, for health and hygiene reasons, we only serve drinks in reusable cups issued from the Budapest Park counters.
We can arrange to pour the ordered drink into a Park cup, and you can then transfer it into your own thermos.
A ReCup system operates in the Park, in which hot drinks are also guaranteed to be served :)
IMPORTANT! THE TAPS AT THE ON-SITE RESTROOMS DO NOT DISPENSE DRINKING WATER!
Wear gloves while skating!
Wear thick socks, it makes skating more comfortable!
Use appropriate protective equipment: a helmet, knee and elbow pads!
Bags, food/drinks, or any accident-hazardous objects are prohibited on the rink.
Be extra careful with your valuables so they do not get damaged or fall out of your pockets.
Smoking is prohibited on the ice rink.
Skate in the direction of travel!
If you do not have gloves or your socks are soaked, you have the option to buy Budapest Park merchandise on site :)
