On December 3, 2023, Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, as well as on December 4, 2023, from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM, entry is FREE for residents of Ferencváros. This applies upon presentation of a document proving personal identification and residence card in the IX. district, up to the capacity of the Rink.

With a ticket for the popular period, you can also enter during regular hours, but the price difference will not be refunded. If you have a ticket for the regular period and wish to enter during the popular period, you will need to purchase a supplementary ticket.
Important! For discounted tickets, the document entitling you to the discount must be presented upon entry. In its absence, the purchase of a supplementary ticket is required.

No. All ticket purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. The tickets are valid until the end of our winter season.
We only refund tickets in the event that the service is not provided due to reasons attributable to the Park (e.g., technical issues).
The whole area of Budapest Park is cashless. Only card payments are possible. If you do not have your bank card with you, you can request a Festipay card or top it up with cash at the on-site Park Shop and at the ticket office. The deposit fee of the card is HUF 500. You can redeem the money left on the top-up card and the card fee at any time, no later than the last day of the current season, in the Park Shop during opening hours.
You can only get back that Festipay card deposit fee that you bought at us here.
Cash, credit card, SZÉP card and our Budapest Park gift vouchers are accepted at the ticket office.
This year we also accept the All You Can Move membership.
During regular hours (Monday to Thursday), with an L-sized package, we can provide entry once a day, or twice a day with the MultiPass, starting from the GOLD package.

Yes, you can avail of a discount. The discounted ticket price is consistently 1499 HUF for both regular and popular periods. The discount can only be applied at the on-site ticket counter, and such tickets cannot be purchased in advance. You need to present the qualifying card along with your ID at the venue.The discount can only be claimed once per day on one ticket by the eligible individual.
Yes, entry is free for our guests in wheelchairs.
Ice skate rental is available in limited quantities. You can find the rental service to the right of the main entrance after entry. Inquire about available sizes at the on-site ticket counter when purchasing your ticket.
The cost of ice skate rental is 2499 HUF per session. Online reservations are not available.
The skates must be returned to the rental area by closing time at the latest.

Adjustable size skates (24-28) with double blades are also available.
Skates are available in limited quantities. During peak times, there may be a wait for certain sizes.
The rental skates are regularly sharpened. There is no option for sharpening personal skates at the moment.

If you lose the ticket, a fee of 2000 HUF for reissuing the ticket will be charged. In such cases, you can recover your belongings by providing a detailed description of the contents or filing a report with us.

Yes. Budapest Park provides accident insurance through Union Biztosító Zrt. for guests with a valid entry ticket. In case of an accident while ice skating, please report it on-site, where our expert colleagues will provide medical assistance. To process the insurance claim, you need to submit the outpatient record received during the treatment, the completed claim form (which we also provide), and the valid entry ticket from the day of the accident directly to Union Biztosító. It's important to note that you can only avail of the insurance if you were not in an alcoholic state at the time of the accident!

Yes, we remain open even in inclement weather.
We periodically clean the rink with an ice resurfacer to maintain the quality of the ice, ensuring the smoothest skating experience. During the cleaning process, the ice is not accessible, and we invite you to wait for its completion in the buffet.
Yes, we have winter flavors in our selection.
In Budapest Park, we pour your drink into ReCups.
Based on the experience gathered over the past years, we have chosen a ReCup system that supports the guest experience in the most appropriate way in addition to environmental awareness.
Our ReCup service partner in 2023 is Cup Revolution Kft.
This year you can choose from several options: 1. physical token, 2. digital token, 3. loan cup function
Use of physical token
For drinks purchased at the counter, we charge a one-time cup fee of HUF 500. After that, your empty RevoCup will be exchanged for a clean cup each time, and if you no longer need it, it will be exchanged for a token at the counter, which you can later exchange for a RevoCup at all Cup Revolution partners.
If you already have a RevoCup reusable cup or token, we will immediately replace your cup or token with a clean cup.
The one-time cup prize is therefore really a one-time prize - just don't leave the token/cup at home!
Revo token application - Digital token
To ensure that you always have the token with you, download the Revo Token application to your phone, so you can exchange your ReCup for a digital token.
RevoToken is a mobile application that also offers a solution to digitize your existing Cup Revolution tokens, so you will no longer leave them at home and lose them anymore! (Look for the application in the App Store and the Play Store.)
Digitization: hand over the physical tokens at the counter and you can digitize them by touching the NFC or by scanning the QR code using the devices placed there. The colleagues working at this counter will help you.
Within the application, you also have the option to send your digitized tokens to another user.
Borrow cup function
With the "Borrow cup" function of the Revo Token mobile application, you can request a cup free of charge in the Cup Revolution system. If you give back the borrowed cup to any Cup Revolution partner within 72 hours after its purchase, the use of the cup is completely free.
If you fail to give back the borrowed cup within 72 hours, your registered bank card will be charged for the cup (HUF 500). Later, you can exchange the cup purchased in this way for a physical or digital token.

If you have a Park red token: we can give you a cup in exchange for the red token, and when redeeming it, we give you a Cup Revolution token, which you can use at all Cup Revolution partners. You can only exchange the Park token for a cup in Budapest Park.
Please note that we cannot redeem damaged cups that are unsuitable for further use or exchange them for tokens! However, please leave them at one of the counters so we can ensure their recycling. Thank you!

In accordance with National Food Safety Office (NÉBIH) regulations, we can only serve your drink in a new, clean cup.
We do not exchange tokens or ReCups for money. If you don't want to pay for the cup, use the Borrow cup function of the Revo Token mobile application!
You can bring a thermos or a bottle, but for health and hygiene reasons, we only serve drinks in Budapest Park ReCups. We can pour your ordered drink into a Park cup, and you can transfer it to your own thermos.
The Park operates on a ReCup system, ensuring that even hot drinks can be served :)
IMPORTANT! The taps in the on-site restrooms do not dispense drinking water!
Wear gloves while skating!
Use appropriate protective gear: helmet, knee and elbow pads!
It is prohibited to bring bags, food/drink, or any potentially hazardous objects onto the rink.
Be vigilant with your valuables to prevent damage or loss.
Smoking is not allowed on the Ice Rink.
