Invoice: Budapest Park issues multi-purpose vouchers; therefore, upon purchasing a voucher, an invoice can only be requested for the handling fee. However, we can issue an accounting document right after the purchase; if you would like one, please write to [email protected].
When the voucher is redeemed, the system automatically generates a receipt for the full amount of the purchase. If you require an invoice, you can request it at this time.
The voucher is subject to a handling fee of 5%, but at least 300 HUF. Detailed information is available on the voucher selection interface. You can cancel the reservation at any step.
IMPORTANT! The voucher can only be used in one transaction, but you can buy several tickets with it. This means that if you do not use the full amount of the voucher during one purchase, the remaining amount will unfortunately be lost. During the process of selling vouchers online, Budapest Park charges a handling fee in addition to the voucher’s price. This is the administration fee for online shopping towards the consumer. We would like to inform you that the handling fee specified in the HUF amount is determined at a fixed price, all vouchers have the same handling fee, which is independent of the voucher’s purchase date. We will inform you of the amount of the handling fee for the purchase of the given voucher at the beginning of the booking process, and you can see the exact amount before the booking is finalized. You can cancel the booking process at any time before making the payment. We would like to inform you that when you are using the voucher, no handling fee will be charged after the online ticket sale, as we have already charged it when you purchased the voucher.
