For online ticket sales, a handling fee is charged in addition to the basic ticket price. This is the administration fee for the online ticket purchase to the consumer. You can find out the amount of the handling fee on the ticketing interface. It is possible to purchase tickets at on-site ticket offices (opening hours) and at certain Ticketportal ticket offices, in which case this handling fee will not be charged. Click here for more information.
