For online ticket sales, a handling fee is charged in addition to the basic ticket price. This is the administration fee for the online ticket purchase to the consumer. You can find out the amount of the handling fee on the ticketing interface. It is possible to purchase tickets at on-site ticket offices (opening hours) and at certain Ticketportal ticket offices, in which case this handling fee will not be charged. With the terrace ticket you’re entitled to enter the venue through the VIP entrance. From the terraces you can enjoy the concerts and afterparties with an exclusive view and every sector has it’s own separate bars and restrooms. Seating is NOT guaranteed by purchasing a terrace ticket. Seats are available in a limited number, and can be taken on a first come first served basis. You have to collect your wristband with your voucher at the main ticket office to be able to enter. With the wristband you can also enter the floor standing area.
After the concerts there will be afterparties till dawn on several dancefloors.

We would like to inform you that the handling fee, expressed in HUF, will be determined at a fixed price per event, considering the nature of the event, the performer, the expected number of visitors, the venue of the event and the types of tickets to be sold and the expected combinations of these which we’re determining by business estimate before the ticket sales start. The amount of the handling fee charged for one ticket is determined in a fixed amount for the given event which is independent of the date of ticket purchase and the type of ticket you purchased. We have informed you about the amount of the handling fee for the purchase of a given ticket at the beginning of the booking process and you can see it before the purchase is finished. You can cancel the booking process at any time before making the payment.
