Motionless In White return to Budapest in 2027
Fronted by Chris Motionless, the band already proved to Hungarian audiences in 2025 that they are a force of nature on stage. On June 13 they return to Budapest once again — this time to the stage of Budapest Park. The comeback is all the more exciting given that the band has released a new album in the meantime.
Dark, monumental, cinematic and uncompromising: over the past decade and a half, Motionless In White have become one of the most distinctive bands on the modern rock and metal scene. Hailing from Scranton, Pennsylvania, they have fused the heaviness of industrial metal, the grandeur of gothic pop and the visual world of horror films into a universe in which the music and the imagery form an inseparable whole. Motionless In White work precisely because they refuse to fit into any single genre.
For Motionless In White, recent years have been all about steady growth. Album by album they have reached an ever-larger audience, amassing more than a billion streams and video views worldwide to date. Reincarnate, Graveyard Shift, Disguise and Scoring The End Of The World each landed in the Top 5 of Billboard's Top Hard Rock Albums and Top Rock Albums charts, with the latter also debuting at No. 12 on the Billboard 200. "Masterpiece," one of the key tracks from Scoring The End Of The World, went all the way to the top of the Billboard Active Rock Radio chart — the band's first #1 single there. But Motionless In White show no signs of slowing down: July 2026 saw the release of their latest album, Decades, opening a new chapter in the band's story. With this record, the band once again prove their ability to keep expanding their own unmistakable world while preserving the dark, energetic and spectacular character that has won them millions of fans around the globe. And Motionless In White won't be arriving alone: they are lining up a different set of guest acts for every date on the tour, with the full Budapest line-up to be announced in October.
