Our concerts usually start at 7 PM with the opening or guest band and run until 10 PM. Gate opening times may vary, but in most cases, you can enter the Park area from 6 PM, before the concert begins. These times apply to most of our events — however, there may be exceptions. The exact start times are always listed on our website and on the Facebook event page closer to the date of the event.
We also send an information email to all ticket holders ahead of the event, packed with useful details.

Yes, there is! Our concerts end around 10 PM, but there's no need to head home just yet. At 10 PM, the party continues with amazing DJs across multiple dance floors, going strong until dawn. Whatever your taste in music, you'll find a vibe that suits you.

Your concert ticket also grants you entry to the afterparty on the same night, however, it is valid for a single entry only.
No, concerts go ahead even in bad weather.
Please don’t bring umbrellas, as they can be dangerous in a crowd and are not allowed inside.

We want those first concert experiences to be all about unforgettable moments and wonderful memories. If you’d like to support your child in preparing for the event, the following tips may help:
Open Communication: Talk openly about alcohol consumption and looking out for one another. Make sure they know it’s always okay to say no or to ask for help in any situation.
Battery Life: Check phone charge levels before heading out.
Location Sharing: Use smartphone location-sharing features, but keep in mind that these may only show the device's last active location.
Backup Cash: Bring some cash as well—it can be a lifesaver if digital payment methods fail.
Emergency Contact: Agree in advance on who the child can call at any time if they need help (e.g., if their way home is unexpectedly blocked). Keep this number in analog form too (e.g., written on a piece of paper in a pocket).
Travel Planning: Plan the journey there and back. Review the night bus schedules together.
Taxi Options: Consider taxi services—there is a taxi stand next to the main entrance of Budapest Park, and mobile taxi apps are also very useful.

Vibe Team & Info Point: Helpful staff are available at the VIBE/INFO point near the main entrance. You can also find them throughout the Park wearing "Vibe Team" shirts.
Radio Communication: All Park staff members are in radio contact with each other, so assistance can be requested quickly from any employee.
Medical Services: A professional medical team is on-site throughout the entire opening hours.
Phone Charging: "Brick" charging stations are available at several points for depleted devices.
BKK Public Transport Info: Nearby departures can be tracked on the display located next to the Park Shop.
Hydration: Drinking water is available at multiple locations throughout the Park (staying hydrated is key!).
Security: Event security is provided by the experienced team at In-Kal Security.
We want your time with us to be all about the music and great vibes. That’s why we’ve put together a few things to keep in mind while you’re getting ready and during the concert:
Plan Ahead: Coordinate with your friends and agree on a meeting spot and a plan for getting home together.
Full Battery: Make sure you head out with a fully charged phone.
Analog Backup: Keep some cash on you and a relative’s phone number written on a piece of paper in your pocket, just in case technology lets you down.
The "Group Captain": Choose someone in your group to be the "responsible one" to keep an eye on everyone and round up the team if someone wanders off.
Hydration and Moderation: Drink alcohol in moderation and don’t forget to drink water in between to keep up your energy until the end.
Watch Out for Each Other: Never leave a friend behind. Keep an eye on each other’s safety and your drinks at all times.
Stay Safe with Drinks: Don’t accept drinks from strangers unless you see them being served directly at the bar.
Vibe Team: If you're stuck or have a question, look for our staff in "VIBE TEAM" shirts around the venue or visit the Info Point next to the main entrance.
Quick Assistance: You can turn to any of our staff members. Everyone is in radio contact, so they can call for help efficiently.
Phone Charging: You’ll find "Brick" charging stations at several points throughout the venue.
Water: Free drinking water is available at multiple locations—there’s a drinking fountain on the Hill (Domb), the taps in the restroom blocks provide drinking water, and you can also ask for water at the bars.
BKK Schedules: Check the real-time departures of BKK public transport on the display next to the Park Shop.
Taxis: There is a dedicated taxi stand located right next to the main entrance.
The day before the concert, we’ll send an email to all ticket holders using the address provided at the time of purchase. It’ll be packed with useful information to help you prepare — make sure to read it!
Whether you need to exchange your ticket for a wristband depends on the type of ticket you have:
With a terrace wristband, you also have access to the arena.
Important: Arena tickets allow one-time entry only.
A cloakroom is available for a fee.
Please keep your cloakroom ticket safe — you’ll need it to retrieve your belongings!
If you lose your ticket, there’s a 2000 HUF replacement fee. In this case, you can still get your items back by providing an accurate description of the contents and signing a report about the incident.
We also have bike storage — because we ride too!
It’s free, fenced, and located next to the main entrance. While it’s not guarded, you can lock your bike yourself.
Please note: we can’t take responsibility for the safety of your bike.
Important: We do not offer secure storage for scooters, skateboards, or other small personal transport devices.
At Budapest Park, we serve all drinks in recups.
Over the past few years, we’ve gained a lot of experience, and we’ve chosen a ReCup system that not only supports sustainability but also enhances the guest experience.
As of April 13, 2026, the RevoToken app has been discontinued!
The services are now available through the Cheers app.
RevoToken acceptance locations have been converted into Cheers acceptance locations, so you can now use your digital RevoTokens and the reusable cup (“borrowed cup”) feature via the Cheers app.
Regarding reusable cup usage, you can choose from several options: 1. physical token, 2. digital token, 3. reusable cup feature.
1. Physical Token
When you buy a drink at the bar, a one-time cup fee of 500 HUF will be added. From then on, every time you return your empty RevoCup, it will be exchanged for a clean one. When you no longer need it, you can exchange your cup for a token at the bar — this token can later be used to get a new RevoCup at any RevoUnion partner location.
Already have a RevoCup or a token? Great! We’ll swap it for a clean cup on the spot. So yes, it’s truly a one-time fee — just don’t forget your cup or token at home!
2. Digital Token – Cheers App
Never lose a token again! Download the Cheersapp on your phone to store your ReCup tokens digitally. You can also convert your physical token into a digital one by visiting designated counters: just hand it over and use the NFC or QR code scanners there. Our team will be happy to assist you.
You can even send your digital tokens to other users directly within the app.

3. Borrow a Cup
Don’t want to pay for a cup? Use the “Borrow a Cup” feature in the Cheers app.
You can request a cup free of charge, and as long as you return it to any Cup Revolution partner within 72 hours, you won’t be charged.
If the cup isn’t returned within 72 hours, your registered bank card will be charged 500 HUF. After that, the cup is yours — and can be exchanged for a token (physical or digital) later on.

Important Notes:
Budapest Park is a fully cashless venue, only card payments are accepted. If you don’t have your bank card with you, no problem! You can request a Festipay card and top it up with cash at the Park Shop or the Ticket Office. The Festipay card requires a 500 HUF deposit. You can redeem any remaining balance — as well as the card deposit — at any time, but no later than the last concert day of the season. Just visit the Park Shop or Ticket Office during their opening hours.

The list of prohibited items may be extended at the request of the production. Any item that could potentially be used to harm others is strictly prohibited. This includes (but is not limited to): metal or plastic water bottles, thermoses, perfume bottles, chains, other glass or metal objects, banners, flags, etc.
If you must bring a larger bag or restricted item, you can store it in the external luggage locker near the entrance for a fee.
If possible, please avoid bringing high-value items, as we cannot take responsibility for their loss or theft — although we’ll do our best to help recover them if needed.
Regarding medication:
Legal mood enhancers and sedatives are not allowed in the guest areas of Budapest Park. If you must arrive with such medication, please report it in advance by emailing [email protected], or on-site to a member of the Vibe Team before entering. The medication can be stored in the cloakroom free of charge. Other medications may only be brought in their original packaging and in reasonable quantities.

No, there is no tobacco shop in the Park area.
If you’ve lost an item, please email us at [email protected]. We’ll check for it on the next working day and let you know whether it has been found. If it has, we’ll provide details on where and how you can collect it. Even if it hasn’t been found, we’ll still get back to you.
If you realise you’ve lost something while you’re still at the venue, please ask a staff member — we might have already found it. :)
Please note:
If retrieving the item requires removing part of the Park’s wooden decking, this can only be done if the owner agrees to cover the cost of restoring it. The fee is 10,000 HUF per board.

Guests using wheelchairs are welcome to attend concerts free of charge — no prior registration is needed. Only the accompanying person needs to purchase a ticket.
There is step-free access through the main entrance, and of course, an accessible toilet is also available.
Here’s some useful information to help you enjoy your time with us comfortably:
Free parking is available in the surrounding public areas.
Paid parking is available at nearby shopping centers, such as Obi and Lurdy Ház.
To truly enjoy the party without any worries, we recommend arriving by public transport or bicycle. If you come by bike, you are welcome to use our bike rack, located right next to the main entrance. The bike storage is FREE and fenced; however, please note that it is unattended. You are able to lock your bike, but we cannot take responsibility for any damage or theft.
We would like to remind you that traffic on Soroksári út is very heavy. Please pay extra attention to traffic regulations, use only the designated pedestrian crossings, and travel with caution!
Finally, a friendly reminder: if you consume alcohol, please DO NOT drive!

The food counters open when the Park gates open.
At least one food stand will remain open from opening until closing time. The others typically stay open for most of the evening but may close earlier depending on visitor traffic.
Which buffet is "on duty" may vary from day to day.
We would like to help you prepare for events held on hotter summer days with the following information and measures:
We have installed misting gates both in front of the main entrance and inside the venue area. (If you’d prefer to avoid getting misted, the gates will be placed in locations where they can be easily bypassed :))
There are several options for drinking water within the Park:
In front of the Park, near the Csücsök bar, there is a drinking fountain.
Inside the Park, you’ll find a drinking fountain on the hill, and the taps in the restrooms provide drinking water. If needed, you can request a disposable clear plastic cup at the Park Shop or the Cloakroom.
If you arrive with water: you may bring in water in a transparent plastic bottle of up to 0.5 liters, unless this is overridden by the performing act of the day (at some events—especially international ones—the production may prohibit bringing any bottles into the venue area for security reasons).
Always, but especially during a heat alert, make sure to stay well hydrated and keep alcohol consumption moderate. Use sunscreen and wear a hat or other head covering to protect yourself from the sun!
We are generally open to it and are happy if, as a fan group, you are planning some kind of creative activity to delight the artist and enhance the atmosphere.
We will also do our best to allow banners into the venue.
If you are planning something like this, please let us know 1–2 weeks before the concert. Send an email to [email protected] with the details: description of the activity, banner size, material and content, where and how you plan to display it, and any other important information. We will get back to you to confirm whether your plan can be accommodated.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask in advance that any banner you plan to bring does not contain wooden/metal or other rigid supports, that its size and placement do not interfere with safe operations or other guests, and that it does not include explicit content.

For certain concerts, we accept OTP, K&H, and MBH SZÉP cards both at the Budapest Park on-site ticket office and on our website (www.budapestpark.hu).
When paying with a SZÉP card, the "Aktív Magyarok" (Active Hungarians) sub-account can only be used to purchase tickets for the Budapest Park Ice Rink (KoriPark) during the winter season, it cannot be used for concert ticket purchases.

From the terraces, you can enjoy the concert and the party after the concerts from an exclusive place. The terraces have a separate washbasin block and a service counter, which makes the time spent with us even more convenient.
Upon arrival, you can access the venue through a separate entrance. After exchanging your ticket for a wristband, you are free to move between the designated terrace section and the standing area.
The seats on the terraces can be occupied on a first-come, first-served basis — their number is limited. It is not possible to reserve a table. Thank you for your understanding.

If you have purchased a ticket to the Arena but feel like partying on one of our terraces, it’s enough to buy an additional ticket — available at the on-site ticket office on the day of the concert, while stocks last! The additional terrace ticket is only valid together with your Arena ticket.
It is not obligatory to print the ticket — we can also accept it on your phone; it’s important that the QR code is clearly visible. To protect our environment, it’s even better not to print it out ;)

Admission is free for children under 6 years of age (until the child reaches their 6th birthday) to events at Budapest Park. The only exceptions to this rule are our event called PöttömPark and concerts organized by Live Nation.
For events organized by Live Nation, admission is free for children under 2 years of age (until the child reaches their 2nd birthday).
Children under the age of 6 (up to 5.99 years) may attend our events free of charge, with the exception of PöttömPark (Mini Park - kids program) and Live Nation events.
Guests under the age of 16 may attend concerts only under the supervision of their parent/legal guardian or an adult authorized by their parent/legal guardian. The parental authorization form can be downloaded here.
Guests aged 16–18 may attend concerts with a parental consent form completed in advance by their parent/legal guardian. The parental consent form can be found here.
Please note that after 11:00 PM, only guests aged 18 and over may remain within the Park area. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult or the parent/legal guardian who completed the consent form to ensure that underage guests leave the venue by 11:00 PM.
Please also note that our after events are restricted to guests aged 18 and over. An exception applies if the minor attends the event together with their own parent/legal guardian.
Before you start redeeming, prepare your Gift Voucher.
In the case of a failed purchase, the system will automatically revalidate your voucher shortly.
The Gift Voucher can be used from the date of purchase until the end of the following calendar year.

Budapest Park issues multi-purpose vouchers, which means that during the purchase, a receipt is generated for the value of the voucher, not an invoice. An invoice can only be issued for the handling fee at the time of voucher purchase. If you require a financial document for the voucher amount, please contact us at [email protected]
When a voucher is used, it becomes invalid as a means of payment, and the system automatically generates a receipt for the full value of the service. At this stage, an invoice can be requested for the actual purchase amount.
Please note: Hungarian legislation (as determined by the National Assembly) prohibits issuing two or more invoices for the same amount — whether it’s the value of the voucher or the product/service later purchased with it.
If your purchase is unsuccessful, your voucher is not lost. Our system will automatically reactivate it within a short period of time (usually within 30 minutes).
